| we went to dr sketchy's last night, interesting, but not much in the way of actually getting a decent drawing out of it.
2 and a half weeks in and it's more intense than ever. i wish i had more time to see him... part of me wishes i wasn't going to new york over dec/jan, so i can spend more of the summer with him... but that's silly right?

| firstly, i would gladly donate my ovaries to any one of the chaser boys. just putting it out there.
secondly, i have given up friday night drinks with the bcn crew to catch up on my uni work. and i feel depressed as hell. my alcoholic tendencies aside, patternmaking really is a bitch. for anyone reading this who thinks they want to get into fashion design, don't. honestly, it's on par with cleaning toilets. same amount of lower back pain, same salary, and insert the oblig pun on shit joke. it's really not great.
at the moment i'm working on a dress for s/s 09. very understated sexy, bodiced sheath, with no side seams, which is proving a little tough to figure out. it's all incredibly mathematical, and for someone who got into creatives to avoid the logical, it's a big fuck you.
also, i just spent $150 on fabric for this dress. insane. and i have yet to buy lining, which is going to be $30/m. and then, when the dress is over i have to make a jacket, which is also going to be fully lined in silk. fucking fashion!
my favourite thing on tv at the moment is summer heights high. chris lilley is a genius. his characters are so spot on. i love love love jonah... the scene where hes "apologising" to the other kid is precious.
my least favourite thing on tv is husny not being in idol's top 12. fuck the judges! he is clearly AMAZING.
